ABOUT  OUR GUEST SPEAKERS:

Tara Hagan-Fields, is the owner of Fascial Connections Myofascial Release and Wellness Centre.

Tara has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 10 years. Branching from traditional Massage Therapy she has specialized in Myofascial Release and Fascial restrictions and is now an Expert Level Therapist under the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approachâ„¢.

Tara focuses her practice in Women’s Health. 10 years ago, experiencing her own personal loss, Tara found her passion in working with cancer patients. With additional training in visceral manipulation, chronic pelvic pain and massage for the cancer patient, Tara has developed a large practice working with oncology patients using the Myofascial Release method.

Her approach to treatment is beyond symptom relief. It is a whole body approach in addressing fascial restriction, postural alignment, muscle weakness and imbalance and emotional trauma. She encourages each client to participate in every session. Believing that awareness provides us with choice and that being aware and present in your body, will help you heal from your past: traumas, surgeries and pains.
